Many teacher resumes we see differ from those of the past. Therefore, our models for mentorship and training need to evolve to provide the tools and training needed to succeed. How do we improve classroom sensibilities? How can PD build cohesion amongst staff? How can we leverage teachers who were madrichim in high school? These and other questions will be addressed as we explore ways to improve teaching and learning in our schools.
